I do not see any Frank CREECH b. ca 1915 in Perry Co.; however, there is this Frank CREECH who may be the one you are looking for:

CREECH, Frank, b. 5-14-1915 in Breathitt Co., KY; Vol. 45, Cert #22125; maiden name of mother: Maggie BACK

I see these other births for a Maggie BACK:

CREECH, Madie E., b. 2-12-1911 in Breathitt Co., KY; Vol. 14, Cert 5453; maiden name of mother: Magie BACK

CREECH, James, b. 12-2-1916 in Breathitt Co., KY; Vol. 178; Cert 58533; maiden name of mother: Maggie BACK

CREECH, Ramon, b. 4-25-1918 in Breathitt Co., KY; Vol. 31, Cert 15051; maiden name of mother: Maggie BACK

I have looked in my "Creech Lineage" book but do not see your particular family so cannot help you further at this time.
You might want to order the birth record of this Frank CREECH in order to determine who the father was. Or, perhaps check the census records for Breathitt Co., KY.

My maternal grandmother was Sarah Elizabeth CREECH, b. 1881 in Harlan Co. (dau. of John M. CREECH and Deborah Lynn SERGENT) which is why your query interested me.
