I am searching for Vaughns of Henry Co. I am a decendant of
T.C. Vaughn
b. 1814, m. Nancy Unknow. They had 8 children according to
Census of 1860
as follows: John W. Vaughn b. NC 1840 m. Elizabeth T. Ward;
Thomas Marion
b. NC 22 April, 1841, m. Martha Frances Salmon, had 11
children;Mariah
J. b NC 1843; Elisa, b. NC 1847;Martha, b. NC 1849; Hobart
G., b. NC in
1853, m. Rachel Ann Shipley, they had 11 children (my g
grandfather); Theodric
Pleasant, b TN, 1856, d. Hickman Ky in 1925, m. Mary Ann
Halstead, they
had 9 children. I have a lot of information on some of these
decendants
but I am now searching for T.C. mother and father. I do not
know for sure
what T.C. stand for. I have to leads 1. Theodrick Carter
Vaughn and 2.
Thomas C. Vaughn. I would appreciate any assistance anyone
can give.
