I find this interesting. I have a Nathan G. Lewis b.1818 in NY. The family
story (with no documentation) says his grandfather came from Ireland and I have
had no luck in finding the name of this person or when he may have come to the
US. Nathan's father is Stephen Lewis b,1793 in CT.
