This line will be obsolete. Zygi will no longer be part of the Province of
Vilnius.

Poczta is postal district. Zygi may be part of some sort of district/region
named for Bienakonie, but the postal district is certainly obsolete

Wies is [peasant] village in Polish

> Powiat Lida (or Lyda)

The Belarussians probably call counties/districts something other than
powiat.

The Soviet Union is gone, thank goodness.

You might try:

Wies Zygi
Poczta Bienakonie
Powiat Lyda
BELARUS

It's full of obsolete forms, but if they can read Roman characters, they can
probably figure out what you mean in terms of location.
