My grandfather came to the US via Bremen on a ship called the Bon Amy in
1898. I haven't been able to find any record of this ship and I've checked
departure/arrival lists of the NYC newspapers on and around that date. Does
anyone know of another listing of ships or a registry of ships for that era?
