Dear Gordon,
My Long's come from Sacred Heart Church in Bushwood, St. Mary's Co., Md. Starting with
Jeremiah Long died 1797 his son John Long died 1828, his son John Bernard Long died
1874. He had a son William Bernard Long who moved to St. Joseph's Parrish and had many
children. On trips to St. Joseph's Cemetary I've seen some of the names mention in
you're wife's line. I've never been able to make a connection but if you do please
contact me and I will do the same. I also have Mattingly in my blood line but they too
are from the Bushwood area in the 7th district in St. Mary's Co. Good luck in you're
research. Anthony Bernard Long
