Looking for information on James BISHOP, born abt 1766. He married Tabitha WILLIAMSON in 1801 in North Carolina.

They had a daughter named Mary W. BISHOP in 1802 in NC. She married Dudley G. JOHNSON/JOHNSTON on 12/13/1821 in Halifax Co. NC.

Can any one tell me more about James Bishop and his family.
