The Old Pendleton District (SC) database has been revised and the cd
version will be mailed out by 15 December. All open requests will be
filled at that time.

This ongoing, longtime effort is that of Herman Geschwin and the Old
Pendleton District Chapter of the SCGS. It now contains information on
over 296,000 individuals and more than 101,000 families with roots in the
Old Pendleton District of South Carolina.

OPD shared common borders with many SC, NC and GA counties as may be seen
in this map
