Land Transfers in New Territories - Pre-emptions and
Cash Entries, Military Bounty Land Warrants, Homestead
Act, Land Grant College Act, Pacific RR Acts, School
Lands, etc. Several very interesting aspects of land
history involve Lancaster County but the presentation
will broaden the view to include states to the west of
the original colonies which should be useful to all
genealogists. Presenter: Russell Lang

Meetings are at 7:15 p.m. on the second Tuesday of
each month in the Amphitheater, Dick Administration
Bldg., Union College, 3800 S. 48th St., Lincoln, NE.
