It has occurred to me that some look-up requests may have been lost if they
were made to the list and not to me directly via e-mail. Given the
congestion in my mailbox, I am deleting my mail list digests unread.

If you responded to the mail list, I did not get your request. Please
DON'T resend it to me, as I can't handle it right now. I will repost my
offer when I get some more time.
