If you are related to Thomas or know anything about Thomas or his family I would love to hear from you, what I know about him is as follows:

Thomas Hughes born 1783 Ireland married Pheobe ?? in Ireland
(Thomas is the son of an ? Hughes who was the Parish Clerk of Rich Hill Co Armagh, Ireland ) Died 19 June 1858 Launceston Tasmania

Thomas and Phoebe has 2 known children - James - b. 1816 & William - b.?

Thomas came to Tasmania after his wife died - (I haven't found him arriving yet) along with son James who married Ann Stephenson in 1842 Launceston, ( he remarried after her death in 1871 to Sarah Jane Andrews).

Pheobe - b. 4 June 1842.
Emily Stevenson Hughes - b. 21 Oct 1844 - d. 18 Nov 1923.
Margaret - b. 3 Jun 1846 - d. 12 may 1911
Thomas William - b. 25 April 1848 - d. 24 May 1848
Sarah Ann - b. 9 Jan 1851 - d. 11 July 1939
James Frederick - b. 21 Dec 1853.
Mary Ann Newbury - b. 20 Jan 1857.
