Chances are, based on what you told me, they probably came into the US at Philadelphia. Baltimore is another good possibility since it's so close. I just looked through the seven volumes of THE FAMINE IMMIGRANTS (which I own) and found lots of Wrights, so it could be New York as well. The 475,000 Irish listed all came in through NEW YORK. Dates of birth are most helpful when included in your postings.
