I have a copy of this book if anyone would like me to see if there is a
mention of their ancestors in it. Not many people are mentioned by name
except the ministers of the Presbyterian churches mentioned below or
prominent Markethill families.
Please be as specific as you can about the location. It will not be
possible to search every page for a name without more information.
It is a fascinating book and invaluable if you have ancestors in the
Markethill area or want to know more about Presbyterianism. It certainly
gave me an insight into the movement of the local Presbyterian congregations
which led me to records I had not previously searched with some success.
