I'm looking for any Corl or Corle information. I've been searching for
information on Benjamin Corl, born in the early 1800's who settled in
central Pennsylvania in the 1820's. The only information that I've
gotten from family or locally is that he was from "Chester County". I
went to the LDS Family History Library, and someone had submitted some
information on a family of Corle's (Benjamin's and Samuel's) from
Hunterdon Cty NJ. My Benjamin Corl named his first son Samuel. I looked
at my atlas, and it looks like Hunterdon County is just across the river
from what would have been Chester County a couple hundred years age. Can
anyone give me any clues or direction?
