I'm looking for information about William and Sarah ALLEN. They were
married in 1715 in Somerset County, Raritan Township. Their children were:
William (1719), George (1725), Joshua (@1727), Thomas (1730/31), Mary
(1732/4) Sarah (1736). All the children except William were born in
Hunterdon County, Amwell Township.

Could someone please tell me where Amwell Township is located and where I
might find out more about this family.
