An e-mail list has been set up for RUE family genealogy and historical
postings (including LaRUE, REW, and other variant spellings.) Typical
postings which I would hope to see on this new list might include queries
by researchers seeking to connect generations or fill in missing details,
research findings concerning Revolutionary patriots Capt. Benjamin RUE of
the gondola Philadelphia and Pvt. Lewis RUE of Mud Island and any of their
activities, and of any of their ancestors or numerous descendants.

List Description.
Genealogy and history of the RUE surname in the U.S.A., France, and
elsewhere. Topic includes RUE genealogical linking of individuals, as well
