I need help! I am trying to locate information on Henry Oxley who was known
to have purchased property by indenturing himself in 1701. This property
was in Crosswicks, N.J. He then sold the property in 1702. There is no
mention of his wife and children and he turns up as a sheriff in Hopewell,
N.J. in 1720. He also was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church in 1730. I
only know of one probable child, Henry Oxley, b. 1699 and married to Mary
Evritt in Hopewell, N.J. in 1721. Does anyone have any information on any
of the Oxley's in Hunterdon CO. or can you suggest somewhere for me to look.
