In the New Jersey Index of Wills, I find no "P.W." in Hunterdon County.
However, there is a Peter Vansicklan, file #360J. Book 8, page 86. Intestate
1754 (year), Inventory 1754, Account 1755. And Peter Vansyckel, 3834J;
Inventory 1830. Those are the only "P" Van Syckles.

There is a William Van Syckel, File #5955J; Will 1859; Inventory 1859. And
William Vansyckle, 2917J; Inventory 1817.

I just happen to have a photocopy of the Hunterdon page with the Van Syckles
as I copied it for another surname. The page goes from Vanfleet, John, Sr.
to Wagner, Cyrenius; so if anyone wants me to check for a name that might
fall within that range, I will be happy to look.
