Hello,
I'm in search of the following family: Judge William Green had possibly
14 or more children, one of them being Jeremiah. Looking for a marriage
of Jeremiah to Rachel(______) c 1770, They had in Hunterdon Co. a son
named Meshack c 1770 and 2 dau.'s (no names, census) younger than
Meshack. This family removed to Rowan Co., NC aft 1776 and bef 1783. In
1776 he's found on the Hunterdon tax list living next to his bro
Benjamin. In 1783 Rachel a widow gives her consent for Mechack's
apprenticeship in Surry Co., NC.
Need maiden name of Rachel, when md., births of Jeremiah's siblings and
those of Meshack
Any help with this family would be greatly appreciated and gratefully
accepted.
