Regarding two recent questions, I have two sources to suggest:

"Bellis Ancestors and Cousins" by Tom Bellis

"Hunterdon County Militia, 1792" by Hiram Deats

The Bellis compilation begins with the Bollesfelds of Hunterdon County
and is quite well put-together. Should be possible to borrow on ILL from
a FHC.
The copy I saw was at the NYPL (from which you could get the exact
citation by going to nypl.org)

The Deats compilation was at the Rutgers University Library. Don't
remember whether it was commercially published but I think not. Should
also be available via ILL.
