I have been able to find SOME birth, death, and marriage
records hidden withing township minutes of Maidenhead Twp
(FHLC 0888838, 1716-1825; FHLC 0888839, 1825-1928). This is
the only Twp in Hunterdon that I am really familiar with, but
if there are such records available for one, there may be
something similar for other townships in Hunterdon Co (and
other NJ counties). Also, the Maidenhead records were
originally cataloged under "New Jersey, Hunterdon, Maidenhead
Township" (old place name) AND under "New Jersey, Mercer,
Lawrence Township" (present place name) but in the current
FHLC available for search on the FamilySearch Web site, it is
only cataloged under the latter entry.
