List Members,

I am looking for information on where I can find
a list of the members of the Rev War Milita of Capt.Harkers' Reg.from
Sussex County,NJ

My husband's ancestor Joseph CAIN is listed a member
of that Militia.

I wrote to National Archives in DC for his record
but none was located. I was informed
that if he was in the Militia,that National Archives only
has the records and pension papers of the Regular
Army.
I would appreciate any advise or information on where to find this
information.

I believe that Joseph Cain was from Hunterdon County.
He married Margaret Perrine in 1790 and they had
4 children Margaret,James,Joseph,and Eliza.
They married in Bound Brook,Somerset County,NJ
and lived in the Adamsville area of Bridgewater Twp.,
Somerset County.
