Hi Lisa,
I read your posting and immediately thought of my cousin, Marion Hullfish
McCandless, of Hopewell. I knew right away that if anyone knew about your family
it would be Marion. I forwarded your email to her and she called me on the
phone. She knew your mother, Clare, well as her sister and Clare were good
friends when they were very small. Marion's husband, Tom, lived next door to
Nolan Burd and knew HIM very well. Marion suggested I forward your message to her
sister, Margaret Hullfish McCandless (they married brothers) who lives in
Lancaster, PA. I will do so. Margaret will be able to email you back and fill
you in on your family history! Hope you find the information you need!
