Dear Peter:
There is no listing for any spelling variation of Greenage in the following
book:
Hunterdon County Place Names, by Phyllis B. DÂ’Autrechy, published by
Hunterdon County Cultural and Heritage Commission, Flemington, NJ, 1992
The closest I can find are:
Green Sergeants Bridge: See: Sergeants Bridge
Greenville: See: Reaville
Greenwood Grove, Raritan Township: This site is marked on the Cornell map
of 1852 along the South Branch of the Raritan River northeast of Flemington.
Good luck!
