I have hit a brick wall with my great-grandfather, Charles REED. I know he
was born in 1814 in New Jersey, possibly Allentown. I have been unable to
connect him to any parents or siblings.

In the 1830 Census, I found a Charles REED in Hunterdon County, Lawrence
Township with a family of 9 people, one of whom is in the 15-20 years old age
group, which would be right for my Charles.

Can anyone help me with suggestions on finding out more about the Charles
listed in the Census? All help is greatly appreciated.
