Subject: [NJHUNTER] Burial in NJ or IL
Date: Mon, 19 Jun 2000 17:03:15 EDT

Hadn't posted this for a while, so thought I'd try to get the brick wall out
there.
Thomas B. Force of Lebanon Twp, Hunterdon County, NJ, migrated to and was
married in Elba Twp, Knox County, IL and lived many years in the Victoria
School District. Died May 11, 1854...seeking his burial place, along with
his wives, Catherine Cummins, d. 1835, NJ, Phoebe Wiley Sanders, d. 1845 (NJ
or IL?), and Phebe M. Wilbur Sornberger, who died in 1879, IL.
Children of Thomas B. that may be buried in Lebanon County, NJ prior to late
1840
s, or 1850, and Knox County, IL after those dates are:
Thomas J. Force, b. 1851
Sara A. Force, b. 1848, d. 1849 or 1850 of lung fever
Sylvester S. Force, b. 1845, d. 1846 (mother Phoebe Wiley Sanders of the
following 6 children)
Edward S. Force, b. 1836, d. 1862
Elizabeth C. Force, b. 1838, d. 1853
Emma Jane Force, (m. George Van Buren, Henry County, IL) b. 1839, d. 1904
Victoria Twp., Knox Co.
George C. Force, b. 1841, d. 1843
Eliza A. Force b. 1843, d. 1845
Samuel Force (mother Catherine Cummins), b. 1829
Christeon Cummins Force, b. 1834, d. 1863
If any of these seem familiar or anyone has any suggestions of where I might
look, please let me know,
Thanks so much
Sandi Force Mitchell
