Alice,
I assume that you mean "Clarksville". It is located in Lebanon
Township, now better known as "Glen Gardner". The town was named
after a Mr. Clark who was a shopkeeper there in 1820.
If you look on a map, you will see that Asbury and Washington in
Warren County are not far away.
