Hi Dan,
Hillsborough Township is in Somerset County, just east of Hunterdon County.
I believe Hillsborough Township actually touches the border of Hunterdon
County. I don't have a map of Somerset County handy, but Hillsborough
Township is just south of Somerville, which is the county seat. Hope this is
of some help.
