Special to The Evening Star:
Hackettstown,Feb.16--The Funeral of Mrs Catherine Ann Willever,widow of
the late Abram Willever,will be held at the Trinty M.E.Church tomorrow
afternoon.Mrs Willever died Monday at the home of her daughter,Mrs Rebecca
Vogel,in Lafayette Street,her death came as a result of the infirmities of
old age,she had been gradually sinking for the past two yrs,but was able to
be around until Saturday,Feb 6,when she suffered a slight stroke of
paralysis and was helpless from then until the end came.
She was born at Bridgeville,N.J.,eighty-five yrs ago,and was the daughter
of the late Rev.Henry C.Major.She is survived by four daughters,Mrs,Wm
Caskey,of Phillipsburg;Mrs Alfred Johnson,Mrs Rebecca Vogel,Mrs Thomas Nolan
and J.Stewart Willever,all of this place,also two sisters,Mrs Mary Cool of
Harmondy;Mrs Maria Tims OF THIS PLACE.AND ONE BROTHER Wm H.Major of
Bridgeville.Mrs Willever is also survived by twenty-six grandchildren,forty
six great grandchildred and five great grandchildren.Rev Samuel Jackson will
officiate.Burial will be in Union Cemetry.
