I have some Misc. Abstracts of Hunterdon Co., Wills from th NJ archives.
If there seems to be an interest in these Abstracts I will continue to

27 Nov. 1754. JOHAN PILIPUS (PHILIPP) KAES, of Amwell Township,
Hunterdon Co., yeoman,. Former wife, Ann Elizabeth. Preseent wife
Rachele. Children - William, Eva Marya (wife of Paul Koul), Frona
Catharina (wife of Henry Winter), Elizabeth (wife of Peter Aller), Ann
(dec's, who left children Philipp and Hendrick Dilts). Children by
present wife - Hendrick, Peter, Phillipp and Catherine, all four under
age. Real and personal estate. Executors - brother, Peter Young, and
son-in-law, Peter Aller, both of said Co., yeomen, and William
Poppelsdorph, of New York City, baker. Witnesses - Dirck Schuyler,
Theodorus Van Wyck, Adolph Bras, Jr. Proved Feb 12, 1756. (The testator

Eldest son, Peter, 10 pounds. Wife, Eve Catharine, real and personal

Case, John Case, Jacob Case, John Adam Case, Ann Elizabeth, the wife of
Francis Pozon, Anna Mary, wife of Coonrad Hummer, and Catharine, wife of
Herbert Trimmer. Executors - Wife, Eve Catharine, Peter Case and John
Mathias Case. Witnesses - Robert Dodd, Jacob Serves, Peter Peterson.
7 June 1769 Codicil. The surviving children of my daughter, Anna Mary,
by her late husband, Johanis Yauger, viz., Peter, Philip, William and
John Yawger, shall, with the other children of said Anna Mary, by her
present husband, Conrad Hummer, share that part of my estate so willed
to my daughter, Anna Mary. Witnesses - Robert Dodd, Jacob Serves,
Peter Peterson. Proved 11 December 1772.

10 November 1789 - Account by Adm'rs
27 October 1791 - Petition for division of lands allowed. Daniel Griggs,
and Elizabeth, his wife, late Elizabeth Fisher, daughter of Christopher
Fisher, deceased, state that said Christopher had land in Amwell
Township, of about 180 acres, and, dying istestate, left 4 children, one
of whom is still under age, and they pray that the lands may be divided.
