NJ Colonial Documents, Calendar of Wills 1771-1780, pages 604-605.

12 October 1768. PHILIP YOUNG, of Amwell, Hunterdon Co. Wife, Mary,
enough goods to keep house. Sons, John, William and Philip, my
plantation, of 511 acres, and to be divided for them by Samuel Corwine,
Deputy Surveyor. Philip is to pay to his mother, 70 pound. To Peter
Fulper, my wife's son, the plantation where he lives, of 100 acres,
which I bought of Casper Hackenback. To Barnet Bellousfelt, my wife's
son, the plantation where he lives, of 100 acres, which I bought of
Richard Reed. Daughter, Mary Herder, wife of Simeon Herder, 150 pounds.
Daughter Charity Fisher's three children, formerly the wife of William
Fisher, deceased, namely, Peter, Mary and Elizabeth, 200 pounds, when
they come of age. My sons to pay to their mother, 50 pound a year.
Executors - sons, John and William. Witnesses - Jacob Snyder, Andrew
Bearder, Samuel Corwine. Proved May 18, 1775.

17 May 1775 - Inventory, #997.5.6, made by John Stout and Samuel

10 April 1770. CREST COOL, of Amwell Twp. Hunterdon Co. - Eldest son,
Peter, 10 Shillings. Wife, Mary, use of real and to bring up my small
children. Son, Crest, to stay two years with his mother. Sons, Peter,
William and Phillip, have had of my estate. Sons are Peter, William,
Phillip, Crest and Paul, and daughters are Catherine, Mary and
Elizabeth. Executors - nephews, Crest Cool and Paul Cool, Jr.. Witnesses

- John Deats, Jacob Mattison, Kerlach Young. Proved August 27, 1770.

2 July 1771. TUNIS HOPPOCK, of Amwell Township, Hunterdon Co., yeoman.
To be buried in the old Dutch burying-ground in Amwell, near my first
wife's grave. Wife, Elizabeth, farm where I live, to bring up the
children; and all the goods she had when I married her. Eldest son,
Cornelius, the farm where he lives, of 100 acres, which I bought from
Doctor Coolbauh. Youngest sons, Tunis and Jacob, the farm where I live,
after wife's death. Sons, Cornelius, Tunis and Jacob, my appare. To
wife, Elizabeth, and six daughters, Anna, wife of Yerry Trimer; Maria,
wife of Peter Housill; Sarah, wife Joacob Fisher; Leanah, wife of Martin

Binder; Eloner, wife of William Cool, and Catharine, the rest of
personal estate. Executors - son, Cornelius, and my friend, John
Hogeland. Witnesses - Jeremiah Lambert, Simon Wikoff, George Hogeland.

19 Oct 1772 - Codicil. John Hogeland, one of the Executors is deceased,
therefore I appoint his brother, William Hogeland, as Executor in his
place. Witnesses - Ezekiel Cole, George Reading Proved April 17, 1779

13 April 1779 - Inventory, #4,245.3.3, made by Abraham Deremer and
Samuel Holcomb.

4 June 1792 - Account by Executors. (Lib. 21, p. 273).
