Greetings,

I just received one page of a copy of the marriage registry for Raritan TWP
for 1862 which documents the marriage of my GGG grandparents Jacob K Lewis
and Ann Elizabeth Smith. They were apparently married by a Homer Doolittle
in Raritan TWP (any ideas about which church this might be?) although Jacob
was listed as a resident of Readington and Ann of Franklin TWP. Ann's
parents are difficult to make out but appear to be a Samuel E Smith and
Joanna or maybe Jemima. Anyone have any information on the Smiths of mid
19th century Franklin TWP?
