Hi Doug,

Good luck working on the Stouts of Hopewell; I'm sure
you'll go home with plenty of info. Half of Hopewell
is descended from Penelope Stout. You can stand on
any corner and ask and passersby can tell you about
the Stouts (well, except for the "newbys" who have
only lived in the area 30 years or so)! I have
cousins in Hopewell and they are descended from the
Stouts, as are all of their spouses! Try out the
Hopewell Museum on Broad Street, Hopewell. Happy
hunting!
