I am new subscriber to your list so I thought I would list the family in
which I am interested. I am especially looking for Joseph and Moses PETTY,
but I am interested in any PETTY or above type spelling surname. My last
ancestor was Joseph, b. 1765. We cannot find his parents. He named his
first son Moses and men of that name are about as hard to find as hen's
teeth. Does anyone have any clue to this family. I found them later in
Monmouth, Warren and Sussex, have tried Somerset w/o success. I know that Wm
Petty of England and his probable son, John, were in the Hunterdon area or
Burlington I guess I should add. If anyone is researching this family or The
VANATTA or MIDDAGH FAMILIES who intermarried w/ the PETTY line, let me hear
from you.

Thank you,
Marjory PETTY Austen
