Hi Robert,
I do remember that graveyard. We farmed the land around it 1963-1973. The
Skeuses moved there about the time we did. The graveyard could have
belonged to Whites as that farm was between Skeuse and where we farmed.
Are you sure the soldier was Civil War? I have a picture and where it is I
don't know yet,but will look. The stone I took picture of was Rev. Soldier
and the name was carved on a rock.
We have pictures of the Rev. Soldiers and Civil War in our family and where
buried.
That was a long time ago and we lived in Sand Brook. I heard they were
going to clean the graveyard. let me look thru my info.
