"NO" - The Jacob FISHER who wrote this will was the son of Peter FISHER
(called "The German") and Anna Marie JUNG (YOUNG). His wife was named Sarah
HOPPOCK.
The Peter FISHER (below) is the son of John Wilhelm FISHER and Charity
YOUNG. This John Wilhelm is also a son of Peter FISHER and Anna Marie JUNG
and therefore, brother to the Jacob FISHER listed above.
