Hello, list friends. I have acquired two sources that have a couple of
conflicts. I am hoping that someone who is reading this will be able to
tell me which one is correct.
#1 source says:
Samuel Holcombe (born 1765-CONFLICT) married Sarah Emley (Emely)
7 children were born in Bucks County, PA
1. Robert1783
2. Elisha Emily1785
3. Atkinson1786
4. Thomas A. 1787(my ancestor)(m Mary Quick)
5. Salomon1789
6. Lewis1794
7. Hannah1798
Samuel's parents were John Holcombe & Mary GreenCONFLICT

#2 source says:
Samuel Holcombe (born 1745-CONFLICT) married 1)Mary Stevens CONFLICT
1. Samuel1769CONFLICT
2. George1770CONFLICT
2) Sarah Emely
7 children the same as above

Samuel's parents were Samuel Holcombe & Eleanor BarberCONFLICT

Does anyone know the correct names and dates for Samuel's birth, his wife
(wives) and names of parents? And, oh yes, is it spelled Emley or Emely?
