To the group, and M.F. Pickell in particular..... I almost unsubscribed
because my Kennedy, Vroom & Schaeffer families were never mentioned in the
Hunterdon families. Today I realized why I keep looking. My grandmother
was the secretary of later Kennedy family reunions, in the 50's, 60's and
70's, but I was missing so many links. Your efforts have now provided me
with priceless clues to search descendants of Bernet Kennedy.(The tidbits
about the Kennedy reunion). I will be going to NJ next week to see his
homestead, and to research throughout the Hunterdon and Sussex County areas.
This gives me so many more names to help break down my brick walls. Thank
