Hi,

Yesterday the Hunterdon Democrat Newspaper published the obituary of
J. Edward Stout, who passed away on August 5, 2001 at age 78. Mr.
Stout resided in Franklin Township and was the son of George and Amy
Leaver Stout. He was a prominent civic leader and historian in
Hunterdon County.

Mr. Stout was a member of the Hunterdon County Historical Society and
a trustee of the Holcombe-Jamison Farmstead Museum in Delaware
Township. He was the author of two books, "The Life and Times of a
Country Doctor and Dentist" and "Facts and Fantasies of Franklin
Township".
