Dear Listers,
I quite accidentally came across this web site today. It is a list of
marriages performed between 1836 and 1885 at the First Methodist Church in
Easton, Pa. I could not help but notice that there were quite a few couples
who came to Easton from Hunterdon and Warren Counties to be married there
(Possibly elopements?).
The later lists particularly have a great deal of info including the
ages of the couple and their respective birthplaces.
So, if you haven't been able to find out where great-grandma and
great-grandpa were married, you might check out this site:
