There are areas in Oregon that still use thee and thou. About 10 years ago
while I was taking a college class we had to read our compositions aloud and
one of the men in class used thee and thou when reading his. He looked
mystified when a few of the younger students snickered. We have a mennonite
community in our area that still dresses the part.
