I find in the July of 1873 Hunterdon County Democrat the following: Local
Affairs: Theft of Hardware
One night last week theives broke into the distillery of Mr. Jonas
Sutton, near Sand
Brook, and spirited away twenty odd gallons of high up apple whiskey.
Some one is evidently trying to worry Mr. Sutton. He drove into town
last Friday night, and
tied his horse in front of Force's Hotel. When he got ready to go home about
11 o'clock, his
horse and wagon were both gone...

Does anyone have any info on this Hotel? owner ? Location? anything?
