I would appreciate ANYTHING the look-up person can find on a Phillip
Chapman. He is supposed to have married in Huntedon County in 1746, and was
a
wool merchant. His wife was probably a mary. no idea Mary WHO.

Hi Catherine,

I'm sorry I can't help you, I don't have anything for 1746.

If 1746 was a typo for 1846, what township do you think they were in?

Please provide as much known information as you can.

Hunterdon County's townships use to be larger, and I have copies of a map
sent by Hunterdon County Historical Society back in 1988 that shows Amwell
Township split into four smaller township -- Delaware, E. Amwell, W. Amwell
and I'll need to get the map for the name of the other township.
