Hi all,
Look up request came thru for the 1848-1867 information where the authors
could not indentify what townships they were seeking . Hopefully, the
following will be of some help, if not, please provide the name of the town
and I'll look in "Hunterdon County Place Names" by Phyllis B. D'Autrechy,
published by Hunterdon County Cultural and Heritage Commission, Flemington,
New Jersey in 1992. Thanks, Deborah Naylor/Farhar in Oklahoma
In a letter dated 15 April 1988 from Roxanne K. Carkhuff, Corresponding
Secretary, Hunterdon County Historical Society, she enclosed photocopies of
Hunterdon County "1776 and 1988 maps showing Amwell Township outlined
...".

In a letter date 5 July 1990 from Phyllis D'Autrechy, Hunterdon County
Cultural & Heritage Commission, she sent a photocopy of a map of "Hunterdon
