Caption of Roll: _______ in Joseph Stours company in the First Regiment of
West New Jersey _____ Commanded by Col William (Now or How?) in the service
of the United Colonies in Barracks at Trenton the Fifteenth Day of July
1776.
Certificate.
Mustered then in Capt Stouts Company __ 2nd Battalion of New Jersey (
Troops?) the captain two lieutenants one Ensign __ Serjeants Four corporals,
one Drum and five privates.
Having one fife & five Privates ____ pass unrespited? being certified
effective on the back of this roll.
This muster is taken from October 28 1775 to this day.
