Hello all,

I have been tracing back the name TEETS. W. Ralph TEETS, b. ca 1823 in
New Jersey, marr. Anna Maria BRADY on 30 Nov 1845 in New York City. I
know a good deal about him from then on, but I am trying to find his
parents.

I found the following names on the 1840 census index, all living in
Tewksbury Twp:
TEATS, Morrice, p. 263
TEETS, Morris J., p. 263
TEETS, Eve, p. 266

Is there anyone on the list who is researching this name? By 1850 the
name has spread to Clinton and Lebanon as well as Tewksbury, but is
found nowhere else in New Jersey. By 1860 they had spread also to
Alexandria.
