Question: Is this Oldwick (New Germantown) the same church that was the Zion
Lutheran Church in Oldwick, NJ? Is it near Spruce Run? I see from the list
that it possibly isn't the same since it was built, according to Snell, in
1865 and the people I'm looking for were around 55-60 years earlier, so
perhaps I am speaking about a different church and a different town. But any
help would be appreciated.

Just curious as I ran a sort list on my database and came up with three
people where were born or baptised in Oldwick, Hunterdon, NJ at the Zion
Lutheran Church in Oldwick.

The names are Maria Anthony, born Oct 16, 1810 who married a Harmon Diltz;
Rosina Anthony, born Mar 19, 1812 and Elizabeth Anthony, born Apr 1815 and
baptized 25 June 1815. The parents of these three girls were Paul Anthony
(Antoney) and Catharine Perry.

Does anyone have any info on this church or this family? I would be
interested in communicating with anyone who is a decendant of these people as
Catharine Perry is related to me. She is my 3rd great grand aunt and the
only information I have are the names of her 11 children and only a couple of
generations past that for two of her children. I got my information from
"Chamberlain's Early Germans in New Jersey" book.
