RESPONSE:

I am on the Board of Directors of the Hunterdon County Historical Society.
You do not have to be a member to use the facilities at their library. They
are open to the public on Thursdays from 1 to 3 and 7 to 9 PM each week. You
may also call for an appointment for other times which will include
mornings. Call Roxanne Carkhuff at 908 782 1091 to make an appointment. The
Library is located at 114 Main St., Flemington, NJ 08822.

They have extensive cemetery records, family genealogies, family Bibles,
books, etc. They have microfilm records of nearly all the County newspapers,
deeds, tax records, etc. This is your best bet to find records on any of the
locations in Hunterdon County.

Regards, Bill
