Hi John,

I have been wondering about Your surname .. and IF it is connected to
the EICH / EICK / EYCK lines of NJ ?

This is my line ....

I am STILL confused as to the Real name of Grandma.. BUT, all
indications say that this is her ...

Some have her as ELEANOR PIKE

Other Records show her as LENA EICH .... b 1757 NJ ?? where ? died 13
November 1840 in Independence, Warren Co, New Jersey and is buried at
Hackettstown Presbyterian Graveyard, NJ then moved to Presbyterian
Churchyard in Independence/ Basking Ridge, New Jersey

She married EZEKIEL Stark AYERS on 17 December 1787 Independence, New
Jersey ..

There daughter .. ( my line) was MARY Pike/Eich AYERS b 12 March 1789
married WILLIAM Smalley SHOTWELL on 18 March 1808

SOME people have, what I believe to be erroneous information , have
Connected a Mary AYERS daughter of Levi and Pheobe RUSSELL to WILLIAM
Smalley SHOTWELL ..

So IF you have any info I would be please to have it regarding the TEN
EYCK - EICH connection.
