I did not send Marilyn anything recently, however,
I check the Index for the Hunterdon Gazette and found the following:

Executors' Sale.

By virtue of the last will and Testament of Thomas Akers, late of the township of Amwell, deceased,

WILL BE SOLD,

AT PUBLIC VENDUE,

On Saturday the 16th day of July next, on the premises,

A Lot of Land,

containing three quarters of an acre more or less, situate in said township of Amwell, near the Turnpike road leading from Lambertsville to New Brunswick, one mile and a half from Lambertsville, adjoining lands of Jacob Drake and others. On the lot is a good dwelling house, with a good well of water near the door, and a number [of] fruit trees of various kinds.

Sale to commence at 2 o'clock P. M. when conditions will be made known by

All persons indebted to the estate of Thomas Akers, late of the township of Amwell, deceased, are requested to make immediate payment to either of the subscribers. - And those having demands against said estate, to present the same for examination.

Present - John Thompson, Benjamin Egbert, Robert K. Reading, & others, Esquires, Judges, &c.

Rule to Bar Creditors.

Upon the application of Uriah Akers and Benjamin W. Dennis, Esq. ex'ors of Thomas Akers, dec; to limit and appoint a certain time within which the creditors of the estates of the said decedents respectively shall bring in their debts, claims and demands against the same, or else be barred from any action respecting the same against the said executors and administrators.

It is ordered by the court, that the said executors and administrators give notice to the creditors of the estates of the said decedents respectively, each and every of them, to bring in their debts, claims and demands against the estates within one year from this time, by setting up a copy of this order in five of the most public places in this county, for the space of two months, and also by advertising the same in the Hunterdon Gazette, published at Flemington for the like space of time. And if any creditor shall neglect to exhibit his or her debt, claim or demand within the said period of one year after public notice be given as aforesaid, such creditor shall be forever barred of his or her action therefor against the said executors and administrators.
